Take your skills on the road and experience more of Queensland! cmr is seeking experienced Locum Dentists to support both public and private health clients across multiple locations, from vibrant coastal hubs to unique rural communities. You'll work alongside dedicated oral health professionals, providing high-quality care to both adult and paediatric patients in hospital, community, and school-based settings. What you'll be doing: Delivering a full scope of general dentistry services in fixed clinic and/or mobile facilities. Leading and supervising a dental team, ensuring high standards of patient care. Coordinating human and physical resources for efficient service delivery. Providing mentorship, professional development, and clinical guidance to team members. Collaborating with healthcare providers, agencies, and the community. Supporting quality improvement, accreditation, and safety initiatives. What we're looking for: Mandatory Bachelor of Dental Science (or equivalent) and AHPRA registration. Proven experience in general dentistry, including paediatric care. Strong leadership, communication, and patient engagement skills. Ability to work in diverse clinical environments. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Why locum with CMR?
