Provide high level expert advice and strategic leadership to the Housing Market Reform and Programs portfolio of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Community Development to ensure the effective design and delivery of public housing strategic programs and supply initiatives that create a housing portfolio for Territorians. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered.
