Manage the Agencyâs response to requests for information including Freedom of Information, court and legal requests, in consultation with Department of Corporate and Digital Development, program areas, and the Manager. Support the Agency to meet its responsibilities in promoting best practice and provide advice and training in accordance with the applicable components of the associated legislation.
