The Opportunity This is a rare chance to join a close-knit team as a Paralegal working directly with senior lawyers and partners. You'll play a key role in managing a busy and varied file load from client onboarding through to settlement , ensuring each matter runs smoothly and clients feel supported at every stage. What You'll Be Doing Managing multiple plaintiff files across compensation law matters Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts, and counsel File management including court filing and diary management Supporting lawyers with hearing/trial preparation Providing proactive, organised, and professional assistance in all aspects of the matter What Were Looking For Minimum 2 years experience as a paralegal/legal assistant in a plaintiff law firm Experience managing multiple files simultaneously Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent client care and communication skills Confidence in working autonomously while being a team player Familiarity with plaintiff law processes, particularly in compensation matters If you're a skilled paralegal with plaintiff experience who's ready for a new challenge in a supportive, high-performing team, wed love to hear from you.
