The role: On offer is a well experienced and details focussed Service Advisor for a successful high end/luxury automotive service department . You need to share a passion for quality cars and be focussed on satisfying the requirements and building relationships of the customers through your remarkable service and aftersales support. Your core duties & responsibilities will include: Accountable for delivering a high quality service for all customers Accountable for customer-satisfaction Develop and maintain excellent service levels with both new and existing customers. Working with team members and other departments to ensure that service levels are maintained Fostering and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders What you will need to succeed: Previous Service advisor experience in a dealership Exceptionally strong qualities in driving customer satisfaction through high quality customer service. Computer literacy with experience in Automotive DMS systems Remarkable customer service skills Outstanding and professional personal presentation Manual driver's licence is mandatory About You: You're extremely detail orientated and have a drive to perform. You'll be able to demonstrate: You have proven written and oral communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders. Disciplined with remarkable organisational skills to meet targets and purpose. Effective and efficient use of time to ensure a productive workflow.
