Ref 300003706 Draftsperson - Commercial Kitchens Bring Your Design Skills to Life in Exciting Hospitality Projects About the Role We are seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join our dynamic team, specialising in the design and fit-out of commercial kitchens for restaurants, cafés, hotels, and large-scale facilities, both locally and interstate. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and our installation team to bring functional, efficient, and compliant kitchen layouts to life. Reading & interpreting technical drawings (including 3D/AutoCAD) a must have. What You'll Do Prepare detailed CAD drawings for commercial kitchen projects (including 3D/AutoCAD) Work from architectural plans and client specifications Ensure designs meet food safety, WHS, and compliance requirements Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and trades to achieve successful outcomes Assist in site measurements, layout planning, and equipment scheduling What We're Looking For Proven drafting experience in commercial kitchens, hospitality fit-outs, or similar Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines Knowledge of relevant codes, compliance, and kitchen workflow principles Excellent communication skills and a team-first approach Why Join Us?
