About the Role: Operate broadacre cropping machinery (CASE tractors 200–500HP, 18m Horsch seeder); Assist with all seasonal programs – seeding, spraying, harvest, grain handling (some contractors are used) Livestock work – feeding, husbandry, fencing and water runs; Machinery maintenance and workshop duties; General farm upkeep including fencing, sheds, and property improvements; Load/unload trucks and operate loaders, telehandlers, ATVs and side-by-sides; Standard hours with additional during peak seasons (seeding, lambing, harvest). About You: Experience with cropping and/or sheep operations; Competent in machinery operation and mechanical servicing; Practical skills in fencing, livestock handling, and farm repairs; GPS/auto-steer experience (Trimble preferred); HR licence or willingness to obtain; Positive attitude, reliable, and a strong work ethic.
