You will add immediate experience to your resume as you grow with an industry leader in the building arena Accounts Payable: Invoice entry, basic costing, subcontractor invoice processing, allocations, process subcontractor receipts and expenses Facilitate effective financial tracking for reporting. Accounts receivable, basic reconciliations and database management Payroll: Administer and entry of timesheets, for PAYG & Subcontractors, calculations, deductions. Assist in the preparation of construction-related documents, open live job folders, monitor and maintain job information on CRM, liaise with line managers Document Control maintain processes in line with ISO9001 standards. The essentials: Xero experience Proven experience managing responsibilities & duties in a similar environment. Strong AP skills set Knowledge of industry and duties Ability to collaborate with team and work unsupervised.
