Our vineyard and restaurant is located 1 hour from Melbourne in regional Victoria (no public transport), and is looking for people who are keen to join the team for regular weekend work. What you'll do Front of House (greetings): Welcome and seat guests, explain tastings and menus, take bookings and manage queues. Waiting & Serving: Take orders, run food and drinks, clear tables, handle payments, keep the floor tidy. Behind the Bar: Pour wine/beer, prep and host tastings, make simple cocktails (where applicable), restock and keep the bar clean. Extras: Set-up/pack-down, polish glassware, general cleaning - help where needed. Who we're looking for Years of experience is just a number.
