The Role This growth role comes off the back of a full order book and strong forward pipeline. You’ll join a collaborative team working across a wide range of traffic engineering projects for a consolidated, blue-chip client base. The role offers variety, technical challenge, and the chance to develop your expertise in a supportive environment. In this role you will: Join a multidisciplinary team of traffic engineers, civil engineers, transport planners, and CAD drafters. Working closely with experienced seniors, you’ll help deliver high-quality traffic and transport advice to a loyal and well-established client base. Your day-to-day will include: Preparing Transport Impact Assessments, Travel Plans, and Masterplanning Assessments Providing input into place-making initiatives, concept designs, and feasibility studies Supporting traffic, transportation, and place-making projects locally and beyond Conducting operational analysis and modelling of intersections and road networks Reviewing and designing bicycle and pedestrian facilities Producing clear, well-structured technical reports and presentations The Requirements To thrive in this role, you will bring: 3–5 years of traffic engineering experience, ideally within an Australian consultancy Strong technical design and report writing skills Solid communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with stakeholders Operational analysis and modelling experience (intersections/road networks) Full working rights in Australia Why Apply?
