About the Role We are currently seeking a casual female Support Worker to join our team at our Supported Independent Living (SIL) service in Ashmore QLD Shift Details: Active night shifts 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM , Monday to Sunday About You We welcome candidates with the right attitude, even if you’re new to the sector! You’ll ideally have: A passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact Customer service or people-focused experience (preferred but not essential) Willingness and availability to work active night shifts A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) A current First Aid and CPR Certificate A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module Work rights in Australia Please note: This is a female-only position due to participant preferences and support requirements.
