Our client, a leading Toowoomba-based firm specialising in residential e-conveyancing, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their professional team. In this role, you’ll help drive seamless property transactions by delivering expert legal support in residential conveyancing. Location: Toowoomba based office, however the position will work from home Hours: Full-Time Hours - Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Hourly rate: $140,000 Super (negotiable depending on experience) Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide expert legal advice on residential property transactions Guide clients through the legal aspects of buying and selling property Explain legal rights, obligations, and potential risks Examine property titles, restrictions, and planning permissions Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents Ensure all legal documents are compliant and accurate Liaise with clients, other solicitors, real estate agents, and lenders To be considered for this role, you must: Hold a current Principal Practising Certificate in Queensland Have proven experience in conveyancing and property law Demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship skills Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload Attention to detail and a proactive, client-focused attitude If you're eager to take the next step in your conveyancing career with a forward-thinking firm that values flexibility, professionalism and client service, we’d love to hear from you!
