Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication. Support your Seniors on a wide range of matters: Corporate Finance Property & Construction Finance Fund work Asset Finance Receivables Financing Advisory work in multiple fields including Personal Properties Securities Act (2009). Minimum 5.5 billable hours per day. Draft relevant legal documents for cases. Manage files independently and approach your cases holistically, integrating broader perspectives and client-related factors Requirements: Minimum 4 Years PQE in Banking & Finance Law Able to work collaboratively and support each other. Adept commercial understanding, and ability to interact with clients from a range of backgrounds, industries and sectors Communication Skills - Fluent and Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels, and can listen and follow instructions readily. Attention to detail - quick learner with expert analysis and approach to cases. Ability to prioritise and manage matters effectively.
