About: A Family Lawyer is required to partner with a growing family law team within an outstanding law firm located in Geelong VIC. It is a high-end generalist law firm and the family law team is comprised of two Senior Family Lawyers, a junior family lawyer and administrative support. Due to their success and volume of work this position for a senior-level family lawyer has been created. About the firm : The family law team is highly regarded for its approach and client service delivery. They provide a wide range of family services including; Collaborative law Parenting and children International family law Negotiations and mediation Surrogacy Property Settlements Consent orders Wills and power of attorney. Essential Requirements Minimum 4-7 years PQE accrued in reputable Family Law firms. Excellent interpersonal skills: English communication skills (verbal and written), approachable personality, and true professionalism. Experience in Business Development & readily ability to manage client expectations Motivated to provide excellent client service Empathy, Confidence and Resilience - Understand that clients you’ll interact with will have oftentimes experienced difficult circumstances, and their matters are commonly emotionally charged.
