What You’ll Be Doing: Embedded in their specialist Commercial Litigation & Insolvency team, you’ll join as an Associate and drive major dispute strategies and formal administrations. Draft and negotiate insolvency pleadings, court documents and settlement agreements Lead interlocutory applications, mediations and contested hearings in state and federal courts Conduct rigorous research, client briefings and risk-mitigation advice for senior stakeholders Collaborate with cross-practice teams on corporate, financial services and regulatory issues What You’ll Bring: 3 years’ PQE in commercial litigation, insolvency or restructuring at a reputable firm Exceptional drafting, advocacy and stakeholder-management skills Proven ability to juggle complex files and tight deadlines A collaborative, commercial mindset and client-first approach Why Join?
