What you’ll be doing… In this sought-after and fast-paced role, no two days will be the same. You will be a trusted right-hand, ensuring the smooth running of executive priorities and key business activities. Your responsibilities will include: Expertly managing complex diaries with precision and foresight Coordinating extensive domestic and international travel arrangements Preparing documents for Board commitments, client meetings, and deal-related activities – always meeting deadlines Overseeing budget and expense management, including reconciliations and corporate credit card statements Coordinating meetings with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders Organising team offsites, events, and functions What you’ll bring… Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting at C-suite level Funds management, real estate, or property experience is highly regarded Resilience, with an ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast-paced environment Confident, with the ability to think on your feet, be proactive and resourceful Proven track record of managing multiple priorities with exceptional organisational and calendar management skills You will understand the need for confidentiality and discretion at all times.
