About the Role: As Clinic Coordinator , you will oversee the delivery of high-quality, client-focused clinical services in accordance with recognised national healthcare standards and organisational policies. You will lead a team of Registered Nurses and Aboriginal Health Practitioners, ensuring clinical effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement. This role also includes workforce planning, clinical audits, and resource allocation, while maintaining a hands-on presence within the service. Job Details: Role Title : Clinic Coordinator (Fixed termcontract) Salary : $93,600 – $137,397 per annum (based on experience) superannuation Employment Type : Full-time (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week) Team : Multidisciplinary environment with a strong focus on prevention and holistic care Additional Support : Relocation assistance and short-term accommodation available for eligible candidates Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the day-to-day operations of a busy clinical program Supervise and support Registered Nurses and Aboriginal Health Practitioners in delivering culturally appropriate care Conduct and oversee quality assurance checks and audits in line with accreditation standards (AGPAL) Monitor and improve clinical performance and key health outcomes Ensure compliance with all relevant health legislation, regulations, and treatment guidelines (e.g. CARPA Manual) Assist in reporting, resource planning, and budget management Promote a team culture that prioritises cultural safety, respect, and community engagement What You’ll Need: Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care or Bachelor of Nursing Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner Demonstrated leadership experience within a clinical or primary health care setting Strong understanding of community-controlled health models and Aboriginal health needs Excellent organisational, communication and supervision skills National Police Check and Working with Children’s Clearance (or ability to obtain) Current driver’s licence (NT or transferable) Why Join This Organisation?
