With a reputation for long-term client success (not high-churn projects), they’re on the lookout for a Senior ICT Systems Administrator who can blend deep technical delivery with smart, strategic client engagement. In This Role, You’ll: Lead technical delivery for managed services and project work Provide pre-sales insights on solution design, tooling, and best practice Mentor and uplift junior team members Get stuck into everything from Microsoft 365 and Windows environments to WatchGuard firewalls and Cambium networking Collaborate directly with sales and CSMs to align tech with client goals Influence technical standards, processes, and future direction You’ll Bring: Solid experience across Microsoft, networking, firewalls, RMM tools (ConnectWise ideal) Background in managed services (MSP) — you get the pace and the people The ability to talk tech and business — commercial smarts and clarity in communication Confidence in mentoring and being a tech lead (title optional!)
