This is a rare opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure across the full development lifecycle — from planning approvals and infrastructure delivery through to the handover of quality residential lots. You’ll support and learn from an experienced SDM on two significant land projects initially as they head into construction phase. What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting across all phases of the development cycle Coordinating with councils, consultants, and contractors Supporting feasibility updates and reporting Helping to drive timely, cost-effective project outcomes What You’ll Bring: Experience in a similar ADM or development support role Background in engineering, planning, urban design, property finance, valuation or a related discipline A passion for land development and a strong drive to deliver outcomes Sound commercial acumen and financial literacy Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills Commitment to team success and a willingness to take ownership Why This Role?
