Assisting clients with transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using hoists when required. Grooming, bathing, dressing and dental hygiene. Personal care, including toileting, bladder and bowel management. Basic wound care and self-medication. Domestic support such as meal preparation, light household duties and laundry. Community access such as driving to appointments and social activities Essential Skills and Qualifications Experience in disability or aged chare, whilst regarded, is not a requirement for the role - full training provided.
