We are seeking physically fit and reliable Container Unloaders, Warehouse Assistants, and Forklift Drivers to join our client in Cromer during their busy periods. About the Role: You’ll be responsible for unloading freight from shipping containers, sorting products, and ensuring accurate counts and quality of received goods. This role requires speed, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a casual position, and candidates must be flexible with the roster. Shifts will fall between Monday and Friday, depending on container arrivals. Typical hours are between 9:00am and 5:00pm, with a 30-minute break. On-site parking is available. Key Responsibilities: Unload shipping containers manually or using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (LF license required) Sort and stack products by type, size, or destination Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation Wrap, label, and repackage items as needed Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures Assist with general warehouse duties as required Requirements: Prior warehouse or manual labour experience is an advantage Ability to lift 30–35 kg repeatedly Good communication and basic math skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver’s license and forklift license (LF) PPE (steel-capped boots required) – Hi-vis can be provided This is a casual role, so we welcome applications from candidates on working holiday or student visas.
