Overview As a Marketing Specialist, you will be a key player in shaping and executing our brand marketing strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. Drive the marketing calendar campaign execution across ATL and BTL channels Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Work with external agencies and partners to plan and execute end to end marketing campaigns as well as marketing initiatives, such as events, sponsorships, and collaborations. Analyze marketing performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and strategies. Monitor and manage the brand's online presence across various digital platforms. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including in-store, online, and in marketing materials. Help to manage and develop 2 Marketing Coordinators Qualifications 2 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the FMCG or Retail industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns. Strong creative and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. You must be hungry to grow and develop within a team. Be proactive, focused and driven.
