About The Role Reporting to the National Valet Manager, you will be responsible for responding to the needs of our customers in an efficient and timely manner, whilst developing strong business relationships that lead to total customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Build long term customer relationships by adding value to their business and ensuring high standards of customer service Service valet customers according to set schedule, as per their individual SLA; either on a monthly or fortnightly cycle. Place valet orders via Valet App Provide and install storage products, ensuring all packaging materials are removed to maintain a neat and tidy cupboard / stationery or kitchen area. Act in a proactive manner by providing information to Account Managers on customer feedback, key opportunities and / or any likely open doors to competitors Be involved in the setting up of new valet customers Conduct regular reviews to ensure that the product mix within the cupboards remain relevant of the current needs of the customer / department. Valet Management Module – ensure customers information and product list are kept up to date Inventory Management – identify stock levels that may require adjustment Handle minor issues raised by customers, escalate where appropriate. Where applicable, deliver products to customer sites, and unpack products in customer cupboards / stationery areas About You A current driver’s licence and reliable own vehicle Experience in using a PDA device Proven face to face customer service experience Level of physical fitness will be essential, as there could be an element of lifting when distributing stock to our customers and placing items away in designated areas.
