A day in the life of a Functions Coordinator: Work with clients to design and deliver memorable function packages Manage inbound and outbound sales to grow bookings and meet targets Coordinate suppliers, prepare quotes, and ensure smooth event execution from set up to pack down Lead by example on the floor - engaging with guests, serving F&B, and maintaining RSA & safety compliance
