Core Duties Be the first point of contact and respond to all service scheduling related queries for Care at Home clients Review rostering services and communicate with providers regarding changes and roster confirmations Create and maintain accurate client service schedules from service requests seeking guidance from the designated Case Manager Communicate service changes to relevant consumers, service providers and Case Manager Record all consumer related communication in database in accordance with procedure guidelines About Brotherhood of St Laurence We are passionate about the work we do.
