We are currently seeking to fill the following roles within our company: Crane Operators Truck Driver Generals Diesel Motor Mechanics Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role to what they're applying for. Crane Operators will be responsible for : Operating company crane assets which include, Pick and Carry, All Terrain, Rough Terrain and lattice boom cranes in a safe and efficient manner. Conducting pre-start checks on all machinery before use and identify faults and/or defects. Promoting a positive safety culture, understand the duty of care principles and be competent to conduct risk assessments and complete JSAs before any work commences. Be familiar with each piece of equipment before use by way of in-house training, reading the operator's manual and completing a Verification of Competency. Operators will follow all company policies and procedures including all golden rules and are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner to all clientele, making sure they follow all company and site-specific rules and regulations, and work in an efficient manner. A salary between $90,000 - $110,000 will be offered to the successful applicants. Truck Drivers will be responsible for : General truck driving of single, double and triple trailers including 50-100 float. Conducting pre-start checks on all machinery before use and identify any faults or defects. Promoting a positive safety culture. Understanding the duty of care principles and conduct risk assessments and JSAs before any work commences. Be familiar with each piece of equipment before use by way of inhouse training and reading the operators manual. Following company policies and procedures including all golden rules. Conducting themselves in a professional and courteous manner to all clientele, making sure they follow all site and company specific rules and regulations and work in an efficient manner. They will also hold a Heavy Duty licence. The successful applicants will be offered a salary between $90,000 - $110,000. Diesel Motor Mechanics will be responsible for : Servicing, maintaining, and repairing small and large diesel engines, including mowers and small petrol machines. Detecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting mechanical faults in engines and components. Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, mechanisms, and other components for inspection and repairs. Repairing or replacing worn and defective parts, ensuring proper reassembly and adjustment. Performing scheduled and preventative maintenance services to ensure optimal engine performance. Testing mechanical parts and engines post-repair to verify functionality. Ordering parts and managing stock control to support maintenance operations.
