Nextt are seeking reliable and passionate Disability Support Workers to support multiple clients across two SIL homes in Highfields Clients require support with personal care, manual handling, medication administration, domestic tasks, and community access. Support needs vary and include intellectual and physical disabilities, mobility challenges, and communication support. Interests across clients include music, movies, games, reading, time in the community, and sensory activities. The goal of each individual is to maintain independence, build daily living skills, strengthen community and family connections, and enhance quality of life through consistent and person-centered care. Shifts Support a variety of clients across flexible shifts, including day shifts, sleepovers, active nights, and weekends Pay Rates E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL) SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax): Base hourly rate: $35.15 Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67 Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37 Saturday: $49.21 Sunday: $63.27 Public holiday: $77.33 Your Certificates and Licences NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current) Working with Children Check (Current) Australian Driver's License Comprehensive Insurance on Vehicle NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You First Aid and CPR (Current) All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
