Your Role: As a Support Services Worker, you will deliver a range of hospitality services within our Aged Care home, including catering, cleaning, and laundry. Your role is key in building meaningful connections with residents, their families, and care staff—supporting resident choice, enhancing comfort, and fostering a genuine sense of home. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present dietary services, including meals and beverages Assist the chef with food preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen duties Serve and distribute meals to residents and provide dining room service Maintain cleanliness throughout resident rooms and shared facility areas Complete required documentation and reporting accurately and on time Ensure handwashing supplies are stocked and replenished as needed Provide laundry services, including checking, labelling, and returning items What's in it for you?
