The key duties of the position include The Role GWEO Systems Divisions has an exciting opportunity for an APS 6 Governance Officer within the P3M Services Independent Portfolio Office. The position works to the Executive Director P3M Services who provides project and product delivery advice and support to GWEO Group senior leadership. The position is accountable under broad direction to perform and achieve complex procedural, administrative and business management work within an integrated workforce. The position provides independent analysis and assurance across the Portfolio's capability delivery framework. This includes collating and analysis of information from common tools to streamline report processes for SPOs and Business Units, coordination and preparation of Delivery Program Reviews to provide a comprehensive deep dive of GWEO Systems Division operations and collaboration with GWEO Group business teams to ensure consistent management of operations and deliverables. The Governance Officer will work to the Independent Portfolio Office Lead and will be accountable for the outcomes of the team tasks and the appropriate use of resources to produce and achieve outcomes.
