Your responsibilities will include: Providing high-level support for trading and brokerage applications, ensuring minimal downtime. Investigating and resolving technical issues in a timely manner to keep our operations running smoothly. Coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and implement solutions. Monitoring system performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and participating in system upgrades.
