The key duties of the position include The Role Employment category transfers is a dynamic team that is seeking a highly motivated, professional, HR specialist to support the delivery of people capabilities within Defence. Assist with general administration tasks as needed, including records management, stationery procurement and stocktake, maintenance requests and representational duties. Receive and register applications in the EC Transfers Register and Objective. Assess applications for accuracy and ensure all supporting documentation are supplied IAW the requested EC. About our Team Employment Category (EC) Transfers Admin role is responsible for processing and managing applications of SERCAT 2, 3, 5 and 7 members seeking an EC transfer to SERCAT 7 outside of their current Employment Category, SERCAT and Service. EC Transfers Admin role ensures that applications are processed efficiently, comply with the organisational policies and procedures, and all relevant documentation are accurately maintained and stored in the Defence Records Management systems.
