The APS Level 3 Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Devices Post Market Monitoring Section where required. The key duties of the position include General administrative tasks associated with the management of adverse event reports for medical devices and the database. Maintaining records in accordance with both the APS & TGA's records management policies and procedures. Assistance with maintaining complex excel spreadsheets. Answering routine email and telephone enquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Managing mailboxes in Microsoft Outlook. Data entry into the relevant databases and ability to perform searches of the databases. Supports in building and sustaining positive relationships with team members and stake holders. Maintenance of best practice record keeping procedures and practices Provide secretariat support for organising team and perform other tasks within the Section as required.
