We are a well-known jewellery company that has been producing exquisite, handcrafted silver and gold gemstone jewellery for 15 years. We are now looking for retail sales consultants to join our flagship jewellery gallery on St Kilda's busiest retail strip and to join our team. To be considered for this position, the suitable candidate must:- Be an honest and reliable - Have at least 2 years retail or customer service experience - Deliver the highest levels of customer service - Have the ability to multi-task and prioritise - Deliver exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) - Have excellent customer service skills - Demonstrate strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude - Open to hearing feedback and receive on-going training- Experience in jewellery industry not essential but of advantage - Have basic computer skills - Be competent in cash handling and balancing daily takings. - Existing knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator not essential to the role but may be of some advantage Your duties will include but not be limited to:- Retail Sales- Keeping strong clientele relationships - Up-keep of the gallery (cleaning, polishing etc) - Visual merchandising-Social media - Inventory control/Stock control - Reporting sales to head office Benefits of the position include:- Full time position - Achievable budgets and commission - Supportive, open, friendly and fun small team - On-going training - Interesting, unique and diverse product range - Inspiring and beautiful work place - Upbeat and happy clientele you will enjoy interacting with on a day-to-day basis - Generous discounts on amazing jewellery!
