Your New Role: Full time opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team, managing a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality services across Brisbane. Advocate for Play Matters vision, mission and strategy by providing leadership to direct reports and the external community/sector. Plan, direct, and coordinate the region projects and/or programs and activities in consultation with the delivery team. Supervise and evaluate program delivery to ensure contractual compliance, quality, and alignment. Manage the daily hub operations including vehicles, venue, people, and resources. Engage, motivate and support regional early childhood and community development team members. Proactively engage with regional stakeholders to identify opportunities and to establish, develop and maintain effective partnerships for organisational growth. Promote PMA within the local community to encourage active and ongoing participation of families and present at conferences and workshops. Your Skills Profile Holds or is eligible to hold a Working with Children Check. Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree and/or similar qualifications and experience in early childhood, and/or community development/disability, family support or related fields. Previous experience leading a team of people. Current ‘C’ class drivers’ license. Experience working with families from varying social and cultural backgrounds.
