About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Executive Assistant to support both sales operations and executive-level administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves structure, and has excellent follow-through.You will work directly with Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, client servicing, and team coordination. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client SupportManage and update the sales pipeline and CRM for the whole teamAssist with client onboarding and servicingConduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clientsSchedule and coordinate meetings and calls with clients and internal teamExecutive AssistanceManage and organize calendar, meetings, and appointmentsOversee inbox: flagging important emails, drafting responses, ensuring follow-ups happenTake ownership of administrative tasks to free up executive timePrepare briefings, summaries, and light reporting as neededTeam SupportHelp coordinate between sales team membersTrack tasks and ensure deadlines are met across the pipelineMaintain good communication flows and follow-up protocols RequirementsPrior experience in a sales, executive assistant, or client services roleHighly organized and detail-orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable managing email and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Strong follow-up and coordination abilityDiscreet, reliable, and professionalHours & CompensationPart-time: Minimum 3 days per week (flexible with scheduling)Potential for increased days or full-time in the future
