Your role will be critical to providing our customers with the best possible experience throughout the complete end to end rental process. The core function of this role is to provide superior service to our customers – maintaining our industry leading NPS Scores! What you'll be doing Delivering an amazing customer experience throughout the hire process Coordinate daily operations – equipment deliveries, pickups, repairs and breakdowns Manage inbound and outbound phone calls Maintain and update our ERP with all rental agreements, invoicing etc ensuring accuracy of information. Continuously maintain a deep understanding of our products to be a subject matter expert for our customer Demonstrating Safety Leadership by leading and contributing to United Rental's safety culture What will make you successful in the role Previous experience in a similar role Customer Focused, with the ability to build rapport quickly and easily over the telephone A positive, energetic and sales driven attitude Demonstrated ability to work well with others, building trusting relationships Be commercially astute, ability to source and follow up leads, think outside the square Ability to multitask and manage the everyday tasks with the more urgent and immediate tasks Impeccable attention to detail High-level verbal and written communications skills What's on offer?
