The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Project Engineer to lead a portfolio of civil and concrete remediation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear pathway toward senior project management as our business continues to grow in step with the region’s infrastructure demands. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and delivery of concrete remediation and civil infrastructure works Manage project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion Supervise and support site teams, junior engineers, and subcontractors Ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance across all works Provide detailed cost tracking, progress reporting, and client liaison Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project timelines and outcomes About You: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent) Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction or remediation projects Strong knowledge of concrete repair techniques, materials, and QA processes Experience working on mid-sized projects ($250K – $5M range) Excellent communication and leadership skills Full Australian working rights and valid driver’s licence Brisbane-based or willing to travel across SEQ as needed Why Join Us?
