About the Role: As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing and conducting receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of stock. Maintaining accurate stock records and performing regular stocktakes. Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and according to policy. Enforcing and adhering to WHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment. This role is set for growth, with future responsibilities including the supervision and coordination of warehouse and delivery staff. You will be crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring safety compliance, and upholding high service levels. Key Skills and Experience We're Looking For: Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. A forklift licence and a driver’s licence are both required. Experience with deliveries and manual handling. Proficiency in warehouse operations and stock systems. Strong interpersonal skills, including clear communication and a team-focused approach. Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is desirable. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is preferred, but not essential.
