We’re currently looking for a casual team member to join our vehicle delivery and pickup operations. Position Overview As a Casual Customer Service Rep – Car Delivery & Pickup, you will be responsible for ensuring prompt and professional delivery and collection of vehicles. You will be the face of Turn Right during these handovers, using technology to manage forms, conducting vehicle checks, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver and pick up vehicles across Sydney Use an iPad to complete basic delivery forms Provide polite, professional, and friendly customer service Perform basic vehicle inspections and handover processes Requirements Valid NSW driver's license Basic iPad and smartphone operating skills Reliable, well-spoken, and punctual Experience in car rental or accident management is a plus Application Question(s): Do you have a valid NSW Driver's License? Are you available to work on a casual basis with flexible hours? Do you have experience delivering or picking up vehicles, or working in a car rental or transport-related role? Are you confident using an iPad or smartphone to complete basic forms or checklists? How would you rate your communication and customer service skills?
