About the role The Project Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Provider Markets and Commercial (PMAC) division to deliver initiatives within the Transform Our Partnerships (TOP) program, focused on improving service delivery models to achieve better outcomes for TAC clients. You’ll work across a range of stakeholders to support project delivery, from preparing project briefs, registration documentation and decision papers, to engaging internal and external partners. Your work will help ensure initiatives are well-coordinated, clearly communicated, and delivered to a high standard in a dynamic environment. About the Team You will be a part of the PMAC group within the Clients division, which is dedicated to delivering efficient, just and cost-effective injury recovery and independence outcomes for people injured in transport accidents. Joining the newly formed Partnerships and Service Delivery – Community & Service Access branch, you’ll be surrounded by a high-energy, fast-moving, and tight-knit team who value collaboration, ambition, and having fun while delivering great work. What we’re looking for Project Support Experience You bring strong project experience in a large, complex organisation. You can juggle competing priorities, manage multiple streams of work, and keep projects moving with minimal supervision. Experience with co-design, continuous improvement or change methodologies is highly desirable. Clear Communicator You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting briefs, registration documents, decision papers and other project documentation. You’re confident engaging with a range of stakeholders and can tailor complex information for different audiences, including senior leaders and external providers. Client Focused Experience or understanding of the client, disability or health sectors will be highly regarded. You bring empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a person-centred mindset, building inclusive relationships that deliver real value for TAC clients.
