What you'll do Efficiently manage logistical and technical aspects of live mock MMI (multiple mini interview) sessions, ensuring seamless session execution, minimising disruptions, and enhancing overall student experience. Key Responsibilities Managing the Mock MMI: You’ll oversee the technical setup and operation of Zoom sessions for live mock MMIs. This includes admitting students into the Zoom meeting, checking their cameras and microphones, completing an initial briefing and ID-check and troubleshooting any technical issues. Coordinate Breakout Rooms: Coordinate the movement of students between breakout rooms during mock interviews to ensure the smooth execution of each session. This also involves broadcasting messages across breakout rooms to indicate the half-way point and final minute of each breakout room. Managing the Feedback & Wrap-Up. After the interview stage, you’ll move students through the breakout rooms for their feedback stations, and will wrap up the interview by giving a final message to the students and facilitating any common feedback to the group from the interviewers. Admin Tasks to Log Interview: You’ll also complete any admin work required to log the completed interview on our system, ensuring that automated emails/texts are sent to students with their scores and written feedback. Complete Initial Training: Complete our comprehensive initial onboarding and training program as you get started in the role. We’ll make sure you feel thoroughly equipped with all the support, software and guides you need, as well as a chance to practise and improve! Expected Work Hours (Oct 2025 to Jan 2026) Late September [Training]: Variable and flexible hours for training before the interview program begins. (4-6 hours total). Oct 1 - Nov 10 [Off-Peak Period]: 15-20 hours of mock interviews per week. Nov 11-Nov 30 [Peak Period]: 20-40 hours of mock interviews per week. Dec 1 - Jan 15 [Off-Peak Period]: 15-20 hours of mock interviews per week. Note: Flexible hours can be arranged to accommodate any university exam schedules or any other unavailabilities during your summer holiday period. Compensation Training Sessions: $25/hour Trainee Facilitator: $25/hour You are considered a trainee facilitator for your first 40 hours of mock interviews. Qualified Facilitator: $30/hour You are considered a qualified facilitator from your 41st to 80th hour of mock interviews. Expert Facilitator: $35/hour You are considered an expert facilitator from your 81st hour of mock interviews onwards.
