What you'll do Conduct professional mock MMIs and/or Panel Interviews for aspiring medical/dental students. Provide detailed and personalised feedback to students in both a verbal and written format, significantly enhancing their interview skills, confidence, and performance. Key Responsibilities Participate actively in comprehensive initial and ongoing training sessions. Thoroughly prepare for interviews by reviewing assigned interview scenarios, questions, and answer guides. Conduct structured mock interview sessions, asking all questions accurately and carefully following the provided interview formats and timing. Write detailed feedback whilst listening to students during interviews, then provide comprehensive and interactive 1-on-1 verbal feedback after each interview. Engage effectively with students, addressing their questions and providing actionable advice. Collaborate closely with interview facilitators to ensure session efficiency and quality, whilst maintaining meticulous records of interview scores and promptly submitting feedback reports. Record concise, insightful 5-minute video feedback responses to online student submissions, highlighting strengths and improvement areas. Comfortable using digital platforms, including video conferencing and online feedback tools. Expected Work Hours (Oct 2025 to Jan 2026) Late September [Training]: Variable and flexible hours for training before the interview program begins. (4-6 hours total). Oct 1 - Nov 10 [Off-Peak Period]: 10-15 hours of mock interviews per week. Nov 11-Nov 30 [Peak Period]: 15-30 hours of mock interviews per week. Dec 1 - Jan 15 [Off-Peak Period]: 10-15 hours of mock interviews per week. Note: A flexible schedule can be arranged to accommodate your medical school exam schedule and any unavailabilities during your summer holiday period. Compensation Training Sessions: $25/hour Trainee Interviewer: $35/hour You are considered a trainee interviewer for your first 40 hours of mock interviews. Qualified Interviewer: $40/hour You are considered a qualified interviewer from your 41st to 80th hour of mock interviews. Expert Interviewer: $50/hour You are considered an expert interviewer from your 81st hour of mock interviews onwards.
