Introduction The Role We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant 360 to join our Seven Hills team. This role offers hands-on learning, strong support, and the chance to work with Protech's industry leading clients. Description What you’ll be doing As a Recruitment Consultant 360, you’ll work closely with clients and candidates to deliver safe, accurate and high-quality placements. Your day-to-day will include: Building strong relationships with clients and field employees Conduct workforce management activities Ensure employee satisfaction and contractual requirements Writing and posting job ads Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates Reference checks and placements Growing talent pools and reverse marketing standout candidates What we’re looking for You’ll thrive in this role if you have: Experience in recruitment or account management (blue collar or white collar) Confidence in building relationships and picking up the phone Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines A team-first attitude and willingness to learn Why join Protech?
