As an Experience Product Owner (Digital Sales) , you will be passionate and commercially minded so you can lead the evolution of our digital sales journeys. If you have a strong background in digital product delivery, eCommerce platforms, and conversion optimisation, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact for our members. In this role, you’ll own the delivery of digital sales experience s across key RAC products. You’ll champion data- informed decision-making, continuously improve digital journeys, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver experiences that enhance conversion and drive business outcomes. This is an exciting time to join, with a roadmap of modernisation, optimisation, and measurable growth ahead. This role is being offered as a 24-month max term contract. What will you be doing? Evolv ing the vision and roadmap for digital sales experiences, ensuring alignment to RAC’s member and business priorities and contributing to the enterprise digital experience roadmap. Manag ing and continuously refining the product backlog - translating strategy into epics, features, and user stories that drive measurable outcomes. Lead ing cross-functional agile teams to deliver value, providing clear priorities, sprint goals, and acceptance criteria. Collaborating with stakeholders across product, marketing, technology, and operations to align priorities, gather feedback, and ensure delivery readiness. P artner ing with Experience Design to understand best practices and market trends, applying them to enhance member experiences. Negotiat ing /influenc ing stakeholders on digital member experience recommendations and best practices. Champion ing a data-led approach to decision-making - using analytics, research, and experimentation to inform direction and prioritisation. Facilitat ing discovery activities, including problem framing, ideation, and validation with internal teams and end users. Communicat ing product progress, trade-offs, and delivery milestones to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Ensur ing changes are adopted effectively by coordinating with change management and business process owners. What you’ll bring Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Digital Product Manager in a complex digital, eCommerce, or B2C business environment. Proven track record of delivering digital sales or transactional journeys that improve conversion and business performance. Strong understanding of agile product delivery, digital experimentation, and analytics tools. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams. A member-first mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and value delivery. Experience working with design, research, and development teams to bring great digital experiences to life. Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in digital, technology, business or a related field. What can we offer you?
