Full-time Office-based Are you organised, detail-oriented, and confident in navigating the fast-paced world of shipping and logistics? WK Stone is looking for a proactive Shipping Administrator to take ownership of our end-to-end shipping process and ensure everything runs smoothly from overseas suppliers to our warehouse doors. What you'll be doing: Monitoring shipment progress, identifying potential issues, and resolving delays before they become problems. Coordinating with shipping customs brokers to plan and schedule container deliveries from Australian ports to our WK Stone warehouses. Managing communication with overseas suppliers, reviewing shipping and customs documentation to ensure compliance and smooth customs clearance. Recording and reconciling supplier and customs broker invoices in our CRM system, including preparing accurate landed cost calculations. Managing supplier accounts, ensuring containers are correctly received and invoices are accurately posted. Supporting stock management tasks, including processing stock transfers and adjustments. What we're looking for: At least 2 years' experience in logistics planning and management, ideally with international shipping. A solid understanding of account reconciliation and working with supplier invoices. Someone who thrives in a hands-on role, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. A team player who is adaptable, organised, and ready to take initiative in keeping our supply chain running seamlessly.
