We are seeking a skilled and motivated IAM Engineer to join the Enterprise Identity and Access Management Solution (EIAMS) team and play a key role on the project. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions with ForgeRock. Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide expert technical advice, and deliver solutions aligned with industry best practices and security standards. Enhance solutions optimising for scalability, resilience, performance, and user experience Support operational activities, including incident and bug investigation, platform maintenance, and releases. This may include participation in after-hours on-call support. Design and implement security controls across IAM capabilities such as Multi-Factor Authentication, Single Sign-On, and mobile authentication. Develop automation and integrations to improve capability and support continuous improvement. Key Skills and Experience Minimum 2x years’ experience with PingIDM, PingAM and PingDS, or any of the products previously known as ForgeRock. Familiarity with the ForgeOps model is highly desirable. Broader experience with IAM products, particularly in customizing them to meet client-specific requirements. Strong preference for candidates with IAM development experience, though experience in configuring IAM products with some exposure to development aspects is also valuable. Candidates with a background in software development are encouraged to apply, provided they have a solid understanding of customisation processes, the development/testing lifecycle, and adherence to source control principles. Strong understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, WS-Trust). Experience in continuously improving IAM solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats Ability to work in a team environment and independently manage workload and priorities.
