About the Role We’re growing across South East Melbourne and have flexible opportunities available to suit your needs. Whether you're seeking stability or variety, you’ll be supported to deliver speech pathology services across NDIS, home, and community settings. Your responsibilities will include : Conducting functional, goal-oriented assessments and therapy Providing tailored interventions that support participation in everyday life Collaborating with families, support coordinators, and other clinicians Maintaining clear documentation and contributing to quality outcomes Who You Are SPA-registered Speech Pathologist (all experience levels welcome!) Passionate about person-centred, evidence-based care Interested in working with the NDIS in a capacity that goes beyond clinic walls Confident working independently but supported within a collaborative team Open to learning and committed to professional and personal development What You’ll Get $80K–$120K salary (depending on experience) Flexibility: Work from home and in the community, managing your own schedule Tools provided (laptop, phone, etc.) Ongoing mentoring, supervision, and full CPD platform Supportive, national multidisciplinary team Relocation and visa sponsorship available for the right candidate Let’s chat!
