The Role As a Senior Accountant within the Business Services & Tax team, you’ll work across a dynamic portfolio of SMEs, family groups, and high-net-worth individuals. This is a role with real breadth, combining hands-on accounting work, client engagement, mentoring, and advisory exposure. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns across structures: companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs, and individuals Deliver strategic business advisory, tax planning, and structuring advice Build trusted client relationships through proactive service and clear communication Coach and support junior staff to develop their technical and professional skills Identify opportunities to improve financial outcomes for your clients About You You’re technically strong, commercially savvy, and ready for a new challenge in a firm that values growth, yours and your clients’. You’ll bring: 3-5 years of experience in Business Services & Tax within public practice CA or CPA qualification (or near completion) In-depth knowledge of Australian tax and accounting standards Strong client service skills and the confidence to provide advice and guidance A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in supporting others Why This Role?
