What’s the opportunity? Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of branch performance—across sales, operations, team leadership, and customer engagement. What You’ll Do: Grow the Business – Drive sales and market share through smart strategies and local know-how. Lead a High-Performing Team – Coach, support, and inspire your crew—from sales to warehouse. Deliver Outstanding Service – Use your product knowledge and customer-first mindset to exceed expectations. Build Relationships – Work closely with key clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to fuel success. Run a Tight Ship – Oversee systems, procedures, and performance to hit and exceed targets. What You Bring: A proven track record in senior leadership, ideally within plumbing or trade distribution. Hands-on management style with strong commercial and operational acumen.
