Anzuk Education are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a welcoming and well-resourced Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in the Merton area. This role is ideal for someone with experience in personal care or a genuine willingness to support students with complex needs, including physical disabilities, communication difficulties and learning challenges. The school sites have great local access to transport links as well as offering free parking. About the Personal Care Teaching Assistant Role: Support students with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis Assist with personal care including toileting, feeding and mobility Use empathy, patience and consistency to build strong relationships Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and other support staff Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm Supply basis with potential for long-term opportunities What We’re Looking For in a Personal Care Teaching Assistant: Experience working with children or adults with SEN (desirable but not essential) Comfortable with personal care or keen to be trained Reliable, nurturing, and enthusiastic personality Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid Enhanced DBS for both Child & Adult Workforce and register it on the update service Why Work With Anzuk Education?
